every LITTLE thing but then I realize I have nothing to write about!
Alecia is doing real good in school. She has had minimal card changes (like maybe two!) and that def makes for one happy momma! She is spelling whiz; reading not so much and is "average" at math. She still takes FOREVER AND A DAY to complete anything. Some days we really struggle with that. And than other days I say to myself, "If she would rather sit at the table for two hours and do homework than to be upstairs playing with her doll house than that's ok, at least she's doing her school work." I swear though, I could yell "FIRE!" and she would nonchalantly (is that even spelled right?) turn around and say, "Oh..." and wither away from the flames before she got her butt out of first gear. But that's her and part of the reason why I love her.
She and I had a fun little photo shoot last weekend. Let me proclaim this right now: I am not a professional photographer nor do I intend to make myself appear as one. These were strictly for fun... and she had tons of it! The ones in front of the building are special to me. This is the courthouse. The courthouse where she officially became a Gilmore. So I thought it would be kind of neat and "full circle" if we went back and took pictures. I deal with the same homework drama with Maggie all the time!! I completely understand how you feel. I have also just come to terms with the fact that it is how it is. At least I only have 2 other kids to contend with while doing homework for an hour. I don't know how you do it with all the kids you have at times. Your pic are awesome. They look pretty professional to me. Maybe you have found a new calling. Lol.
